Sara Nichols, CRNP

Sara Nichols is a compassionate and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) with a diverse range of expertise. She is passionate about providing comprehensive and inclusive care to individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

Sara has extensive experience in treating individuals struggling with addiction and substance use disorders. She utilizes evidence-based practices and a patient-centered approach to help individuals achieve long-term recovery. She is also a strong advocate for LGBTQ+ individuals and provides comprehensive gender-affirming care, including hormone therapy, referrals for surgical procedures, and mental health support.

Sara is skilled in performing a variety of minor procedures, such as IUD insertions and removals, skin biopsies, and joint injections. She enjoys working with children and adolescents and provides well child care, immunizations, and management of common childhood illnesses. Sara also conducts comprehensive physical exams for patients of all ages, including sports physicals, pre-employment physicals, and annual wellness exams.

Sara's philosophy is to provide compassionate, patient-centered care that meets the individual needs of each patient. She believes in building strong relationships with her patients and empowering them to make informed decisions about their health.
