Yelena Titko-Gershkovich, MD, is an internal medicine physician specializing in whole-person care. She considers physical health, emotional well-being, and life circumstances, using an evidence-based approach to prescribe individualized treatment. Through education and shared decision-making, she helps them meet their goals and lead healthier, more productive lives.
Dr. Titko-Gershkovich has extensive experience in managing diabetes through the use of continuous glucose monitors and insulin pumps. Her focus includes hypertension, women’s health, weight management, and preventive care, and she is skilled at performing pelvic exams, Pap smears, joint injections, and minor outpatient procedures.
Dr. Titko-Gershkovich received her medical degree from Altai State Medical University in Barnaul, Russia, where she received further training through a fellowship in internal medicine. She completed her residency at UMass Memorial Medical Group in Worcester, Massachusetts.
She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a fellow of the American College of Physicians. She is affiliated with the Scholar TEACH Program and is a member of the Society of General Internal Medicine. She speaks English and Russian. Dr. Titko-Gershkovich welcomes patients ages 18 and older.
