Sherry is a surgical physician assistant (PA-C) who specializes in minimally invasive surgery and endoscopic therapy for the treatment of esophageal cancer, Barrett’s esophagus, esophageal motility disorders, and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
She also has special clinical interests in achalasia, dysphagia, and swallowing disorders, as well as dysplasia, laryngopharyngeal reflux, gastroparesis, paraesophageal hernia, Zenker’s diverticulum, and diverticular disease.
Sherry earned both a Bachelor of Science in emergency medicine and a Master of Science in physician assistant studies at the University of Pittsburgh. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Sherry is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants.
She cares for patients 18 and older and is committed to providing specialized, comprehensive, multidisciplinary care through a holistic approach.
