"I feel as though he did not read the notes the nurse put into the file. I had to repeat everything. He also had 2 other people with him. At least 1 of the three should have read the file and notes and asked me questions based on that. I feel doctors are missing that step more and more. If a patient comes in for a first time appointment and goes through questions for 15 minutes with the nurse, the doctor should read that detail, and ask to clarify or expand on the details that were shared with the triage nurse."
