"[...] He did not introduce himself. He did not ask my son's name or refer to him by name. The doctor was very knowledgeable and we appreciate the new ideas he gave, as he really solved this coughing mystery. I would recommend him for knowledge for sure. However, he had a very poor bedside manner and I would NOT recommend him for a new parent or someone needing patience or kindness. He walked out at the end of the appt and never asked if I had any questions. Very knowledgeable, but very disinterested in working with patients and parents."
