Tiffanni Downey, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor specializing in child and adolescent mental health. She has a particular interest in helping young individuals navigate anxiety, ADHD, depression, anger, and trauma. Tiffanni is skilled in using dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), group therapy, and mindfulness to support her patients' mental health journeys. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, and her Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Tiffanni is licensed by The State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Professional Counselors.
