Tom Miller, MD, MFA
Tom Miller, MD, MFA, is a specialist in hospice and palliative medicine with a focus on complex medical decision-making, cancer-related pain, serious illness communication, and end-of-life symptom management. Dr. Miller’s expertise encompasses geriatrics, hospice care, and supporting patients and families facing serious health challenges.
Dr. Miller earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from Harvard University and his Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Notre Dame. He later pursued his medical degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Dr. Miller completed his residency in emergency medicine and a fellowship in hospice and palliative medicine at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics.
Dr Miller is board-certified in both emergency medicine and hospice and palliative medicine and welcomes patients ages 18 and older.
