Dr. Sushmitha Mohan, PsyD, is a clinical psychologist specializing in trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, suicidality, and self-harming behaviors. Dr. Mohan is a certified provider of trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TFCBT) and is also trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and other evidence-based approaches. Dr. Mohan earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Indiana, Pennsylvania. She completed her residency in Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health in Canton, Ohio, and a fellowship at AHN Allegheny General Hospital/Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Mohan approaches therapy and intervention using a curious, inclusive, culturally sensitive, and person-centered approach and strongly believes in forming strong therapeutic alliances to foster a safe place for exploration, insight, and growth. She welcomes patients ages 10 and older.
