Steven M Regal, MD, is an orthopaedic surgeon with fellowship training in hand and upper extremity surgery. He offers comprehensive orthopaedic care for the entire upper extremity. He has clinical expertise in hand, wrist, elbow, shoulder and peripheral nerve surgery, including arthroscopy, tendon-ligament injuries, arthritis, joint replacement and reconstruction, and management of fractures. Dr. Regal is a native of western Pennsylvania who earned his medical degree from West Virginia University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery with the Allegheny Health Network (AHN) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He went on to complete additional training through a fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at the Cleveland Clinic and Metro Health hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Regal has submitted abstracts and presented his research to medical audiences around the country and is a published author in multiple medical journals and book chapters. He has medical staff privileges at Allegheny General Hospital, Bethel Park Surgery Center, and Bethel Park Health and Wellness Pavilion.
