Recent Patient Comments

"Dr Rubin was very informative and spent time answering any questions I had."

February 03, 2024

"Everything went smoothly and overall I felt that my concerns were addressed. However, I was asked if I went to my PCP first. It made me feel like I did something wrong to go to this specialist. I know that in my history, sinus infections and ear problem delays have exacerbated my condition, thus helping me with this choice. I have to admit that it didn't feel great not to have my decision be more accepted. That being said, the physician continued to treat me as needed."

"Dr. was not very personable and did not seem to care at all."

January 24, 2024

"Dr. Rubin wasn't friendly or warm. I didn't get the impression he cared about my tinnitus one way or the other. His manner was flat, and his handshake was limp and clammy. Not sure how a professional person has such a bad handshake, but it matched his personality and seeming lack of interest in helping me improve my tinnitus."
