Dr. Ackerman provides personalized, high-quality health care to women of all ages. With expertise in obstetrics and gynecology, she offers comprehensive services, including annual physicals, complete pregnancy care, labor and delivery, benign gynecologic surgeries, prevention and wellness services, cancer screenings, and menopause care. After earning her medical degree at Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Dr. Ackerman completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Magee-Womens Hospital of University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She also earned a master’s degree in secondary and special education at Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia. Dr. Ackerman is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and she has medical privileges at Forbes Hospital.
