Dr. McMillen, Chief of Podiatry at Jefferson Hospital, treats patients with injuries, fractures, arthritis, and infections of the foot and ankle, including bunions, Achilles’ tendon injuries, Charcot reconstruction, diabetic limb salvage and flat foot, and wound care/amputation prevention. His special clinical interests include maximizing patient outcomes with regard to diabetes, Charcot arthropathy, external fixation, post traumatic deformity, and adult reconstruction. He is experienced in surgery and care for total ankle replacement, foot and ankle trauma, arthroscopic surgery, limb salvage, minimally invasive surgery, and external fixation. Dr. McMillen received the Top 10 Presentation Award, from the Orthopedic Trauma Association. He is dual board-certified by the ACFAS and ABPM. He speaks English.
