Dr. Wegner is a radiation oncology specialist. He treats patients with CNS neoplasms, metastatic disease, and lung cancer. His clinical and research interests are primary brain tumors, metastatic brain tumors, lung cancer, and bone tumors. He has experience and expertise in radiosurgery, intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), and Gamma Knife® radiosurgery, also known as stereotactic radiosurgery, a form of radiation used to treat brain disorders. Dr. Wegner earned his medical degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Pittsburgh, PA, and completed his residency at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA.
