Rachel L. Raymond is a certified physician assistant (PA-C) who specializes in pediatrics. She is interested in neonatology, neurocognitive disorders, and immunizations. As a wife and mother, Rachel strives to provide the same care to her patients and families that she would want for her own family. Rachel practiced neurological surgery for four years, pediatric neuro-oncology for two years, and has been practicing general pediatrics since February 2018.
She received a Bachelor of Science in health sciences and a Master of Science in physician assistant studies from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Rachel also received a Doctorate in Physician Studies from University of Pittsburgh in April 2023. She has BLS, ACLS, and PALS life support certifications. Rachel is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She is a member of the NCCPA, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the AHN Pet Therapy Program (with her goldendoodle, Theo). She sees patients from birth to age 18 and speaks English.
