Nicole Underwood Nicole Underwood is a certified physician assistant (PA-C) who specializes in Urogynecology. Her clinical interests include urinary incontinence, uterine and vaginal prolapse, recurrent urinary tract infections, hematuria, pelvic floor dysfunction, and other urogynecologic conditions.
