Miriam Reder, PhD
Miriam Reder, PhD, is a psychologist with AHN Behavioral Health, specializing in women’s health, perinatal health, and ADHD evaluations for adults. She is skilled at perinatal mood/anxiety disorders, trauma, and eating disorders, with a focus on women and young adults.
Dr. Reder received her PhD in Counseling Psychology from University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas. She did her residency at Boston Children’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts and her psychology internship at Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Reder completed her fellowship in women’s behavioral health and ADHD evaluations for adults at West Penn Hospital and Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Reder is associated with the American Psychological Association and the Association of Psychologists in Academic Health Centers. She provides compassionate, evidence-based care that account for contextual factors and allows space for a strong therapeutic relationship to develop, allowing for exploration, growth, and recovery to occur. Dr. Reder sees patients ages 18 and older.
