Michael Popeck, DO, is a non-invasive cardiologist with AHN Cardiology Institute. He utilizes a patient-centered approach to the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of various heart diseases including coronary artery disease, valve abnormalities, and heart failure. Dr. Popeck has particular interests in echocardiography and cardiac CT scan to help diagnose heart disease. He attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania. He then completed his internal medicine residency and general cardiology fellowship at Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he also served as Chief Cardiology Fellow. Dr. Popeck is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has been published for his ongoing research in cardiology in various academic and scientific journals.
