Meghan Piccinin, DO

Meghan Piccinin, DO, is a neurologist with AHN Neuroscience Institute, skilled at the medical management of headaches and facial pain. She offers patient-centered medical care for migraines, tension headaches, cluster headaches, trigeminal neuralgia and other causes of head/face pain. She also has expertise in secondary causes of head pain, including post-traumatic headaches, occipital neuralgia, spinal fluid pressure disorders and medication overuse headaches. She performs Botox for chronic migraines and trigeminal neuralgia, as well as nerve blocks and trigger point injections.

Dr. Piccinin attended medical school at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. She did her neurology residency at University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, followed by a fellowship subspecializing in headache medicine at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. She is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in neurology and by the United Council of Neurologic Subspecialties in headache medicine. She sees patients ages 16 and older.

Dr. Piccinin’s primary goal is to work with each patient to create an individualized and practical treatment plan that integrates their personal preferences, other medical conditions, and treatment goals to reduce their headache burden and restore quality of life.
