Meaghan Cutrell, LPC, is a behavioral health clinician specializing in trauma-informed care. Meaghan has a strong clinical focus on anxiety and depressive disorders, mood disorders, PTSD, child and adolescent mental health, LGBTQIA+ friendly care, and culturally inclusive practices. She utilizes motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based interventions to provide comprehensive and compassionate support. Meaghan is also trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and incorporates mindfulness and yoga into her therapeutic approach. She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Goddard College in Plainfield, Vermont, and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.
