Dr. Lander provides care to patients with advanced heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, and those requiring left ventricular assist devices (LVADs) and heart transplants. He is an active investigator in several clinical trials. Dr. Lander is the heart failure member of the AGH valve team, specifically in selection of those patients requiring the MitraClip device. He is particularly interested in utilization of advanced technologies in advanced heart failure and severe valvular disease.
