Dr. Malhotra is a highly skilled vascular neurologist with special clinical interests in neuroimaging and stroke prevention. He treats patients who have cerebellar, ischemic, lacunar, and hemorrhagic strokes, as well as mini-strokes or TIAs. He also offers care for intraventricular hemorrhage, carotid stenosis, carotid artery dissection, vertebral artery dissection, vasculopathy, middle cerebral artery thrombosis, and complex migraines.
At the AHA/ASA International Stroke Conference in 2019, he was awarded both the Junior Investigator Travel Award and the Paul Dudley White International Scholar Award as recognition for Highest Ranked Abstract. He speaks English and Hindi.
