"All good"

September 20, 2023

"I had prepared a list of questions concerning my surgery, limitations, recovery time and provider recommendations. I felt the provider gave a condescending analysis of my questions and an arrogant response. I'm not sure the provider understands how important his leadership, ability to communicate on all levels and capacity to show genuine empathy impacts a patient's mental and physical recovery. This is my perception."
