Dr. Costanzo cares for patients with sprains, strains, overuse injuries, occipital injuries, arthritis, and sports concussions. She is experienced in osteopathic manipulation and administering joint injections. Her special clinical interests are sports injuries and non-surgical orthopaedic conditions. Dr. Costanzo is a team physician for USA Weightlifting and provides primary care/sports medicine coverage of National and International events for Team USA. She received the Everyday Hero Award from the Pennsylvania Medical Society. She has a degree in physical therapy and was in clinical practice for 10 years before she began medical school. She speaks English.
