Kate Leon, LCSW, is a behavioral health clinician specializing in psychiatry with clinical interests in insomnia, sleep disorders, anxiety and depressive disorders, ADHD, grief, perinatal mental health, and adjustment disorder. Kate is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), solution focused brief therapy, and the unified protocol for emotional disorders, providing care tailored to meet each patient's unique needs. Kate earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Denison University and her Master of Social Work from Simmons University. She is dedicated to offering compassionate and comprehensive mental health support for her patients. Kate Leon welcomes patients ages 18 and older.
