Joseph R. Liput, DO, is a medical oncologist and hematologist specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of cancers and diseases of the blood, lymphatic system, and bone marrow. He expertly manages both malignant and non-cancerous conditions through individualized patient treatment options and collaboration with other specialists for a multidisciplinary approach. Dr. Liput earned his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine at Seton Hill, in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. He completed his residency in internal medicine residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He received additional training through a fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Society of Hematology. Dr. Liput welcomes patients ages 18 and older.
