Hayah Kassis-George, MD, FACC, is a board-certified cardiologist at Allegheny General Hospital who specializes in advanced heart failure, mechanical circulatory support, and pulmonary hypertension. She serves as Medical Director of the Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension (CTEPH) Program and Associate Director of Pulmonary Hypertension. Dr. Kassis-George is also involved in clinical research to help advance care for patients with complex heart and lung conditions. She earned her medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University, completed her residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, and completed fellowships in cardiovascular disease and advanced heart failure at Allegheny General Hospital. She is triple board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and heart failure and transplantation. She is also an Assistant Professor at Drexel University College of Medicine and speaks English and Arabic.
