Fetima Mahaffey, MS, LPC, is a mental health therapist with AHN Behavioral Health, specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and positive psychology. Her clinical interests include clinical depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and grief counseling. She is skilled at stress management and intensive outpatient therapy. Fetima received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Counselor Education and Supervision at Waynesburg University in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. Fetima is certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors. In addition to mental health therapy, she is also an adjunct professor at Waynesburg University, teaching a variety of counseling classes.
