"I was really disappointed in my experience. I felt so rushed and it felt like she didn't care to listen. Usually a doctor has a bit of chit chat to help the patient feel comfortable to open up and share their concerns. I'm an open person but she acted like she could not be bothered. Most importantly, a lump was found on my breast for the first time as a young woman and she did not comfort or reassure me. She was very "clinical" by abruptly telling me to get an ultrasound and only provided explanation when I asked her to elaborate. It scared me and I thought I had breast cancer when she did not initially tell me all the various things it could be. She was going through the motions too quickly instead of viewing me as a person she's interacting with."
