Dr. Noorparvar earned his medical degree from Sackler School of Medicine, NY State American Program, in Tel Aviv, Israel, and completed his internal medicine residency at Allegheny General and West Penn hospitals.
Dr. Noorparvar believes in a patient-focused approach when it comes to practicing medicine. This starts with listening to what the patient has to say and understanding where they are coming from. He believes that the patient is always the decision maker and that his job, as the physician, is to help them make the most informed decision about their care.
