Diana Jordan, PT, DPT, USAW-L1, is a physical therapist specializing in pelvic floor and orthopedic rehabilitation. She has a special interest in working with athletes with pelvic floor concerns, rehabilitation for weightlifting and CrossFit-related injuries, antenatal and postpartum rehab and return to exercise or sport, and diastasis recti abdominus (DRA). Diana holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, PA. She has also completed Herman and Wallace Level 1 and USA Weightlifting Level 1 coaching certification.
