Dr. Frank specializes in orthopaedic surgery, sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery, and shoulder and knee surgery. He treats rotator cuff tears, shoulder labral tears, shoulder instability, knee meniscus injuries, ACL injuries, and knee ligament and cartilage injuries. His clinical interests include shoulder and knee arthroscopic surgical repair and reconstruction. Dr. Frank is also skilled at performing minimally invasive arthroscopic treatment of shoulder and knee injuries and conditions. He is a member of the Major League Baseball Team Physician Association and speaks English.
