"Dr. Fleissner is respectful and knowledgeable but I do feel it's my personal review of my labs or tests that prompts further review. I happen to have time and some medical knowledge to make sense of lab/test results so I can ask can we look into this'. I understand it's time consuming to review and evaluate patients notes, labs, tests prior to office visit and have a plan to further evaluate situation. When your the patient looking for answers to what happened, why it happened and how do we fix it there's an urgency."
