Cheryl Marbella is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner at AHN Cardiovascular Institute at Jefferson Hospital for over 15 years. She earned her master’s degree in nursing as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner at the University of Pittsburgh in 2006. She has over 20 years of experience practicing in general cardiology. She manages and treats a variety of cardiac conditions including coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, cardiomyopathy, valvular heart disease, arrhythmias, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia. She provides preoperative cardiac assessments. She sees patients in the outpatient and inpatient settings. In addition, she supervises stress tests and has served as the Advanced Practice Provider Supervisor for the last 3 years. She follows most recent evidence-based guidelines. She embraces shared decision making with her patients to provide her patients with the care that is best suited for their individual needs.
