Dr. Xu is a neurological specialist with AHN Neuroscience Institute. He specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery and robotic spine surgery as solutions to herniations, myelopathy, stenosis, neuro-trauma, neuropathy, scoliosis, and neuralgia. Dr. Xu earned his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His residency was completed AHN Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA, where he also continued to complete a fellowship in Complex Spine Surgery.

He is a widely published contributor to several journals and book chapters and has also given numerous presentations pertaining to his specialties. Dr. Xu’s philosophy is to take an individual approach to every patient so they can improve their quality of life quickly and safely.
