Chelsea Capretti, CRNP, FNP-BC

Chelsea Capretti, CRNP, FNP-BC, is a nurse practitioner with AHN Primary Care Institute. They are skilled at diagnosing, managing, and prescribing for a range of conditions, including hypertension, thyroid, heart and vascular issues, and orthopaedic concerns. Chelsea also prescribes and manages patients undergoing gender-affirming hormone therapy.

They received their Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlin University in Chicago, Illinois. Chelsea is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and sees patients ages 16 and older. As a board-certified family nurse practitioner, they are qualified to treat patients across all life spans.

Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys hiking and sipping coffee on the porch. They are passionate about helping people achieve their best health and well-being.
