Dr. Donnelly is a pediatrician who provides high-quality, comprehensive care to infants, children, and adolescents. He has special clinical interests in breastfeeding and the release of tongue-tie (frenotomy). He earned a medical degree and completed a residency at State University of New York in Syracuse, New York. Dr. Donnelly has been named a fellow of the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine. He’s certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Donnelly was a member of the Pediatric Alliance Board of Directors. He is the former president of the Allegheny County Health Department’s Breastfeeding Coalition.
