Dr. Mosier earned his medical degree at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pa., graduating with honors. He completed his orthopaedic internship and residency at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pa. He went on to complete a sports medicine and shoulder fellowship at Brigham & Women’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School in Boston, Mass.

He has submitted research abstracts and presented his findings to medical audiences around the country and is a published author of articles in medical journals.

Dr. Mosier currently serves as the co-director of the Allegheny Health Network Center for Cartilage Restoration. He has served as team physician for a number of high schools, colleges and universities as well as the Pittsburgh Pirates.
