Dr. Fox offers general primary care, including preventive medicine. He is interested in sports medicine, LGBTQIA and transgender medicine, pediatric/adolescent medicine, well woman health, and clinical research. He performs procedures with Mirena and Nexplanon, as well as circumcision and minor dermatologic surgery.

He received a medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. He completed his residency at AHN Saint Vincent Hospital in Erie, Pennsylvania. He gained further training through a mini-OB fellowship in Rochester, New York. He is a trained Mohel.
