"I explained the symptoms that I came in for and was concerned about and the provider asked me not a single clarifying question, not a single on a scale of 1 to 10 pain question, nothing. She just typed it all and went on to stock 'do you eat healthy, do you wear a seat belt, etc' questions. She offered no suggestions on what I could do to ease my symptoms, just said she could send me to a specialist who might have an idea or I could come back if things don't get better. Then she said she'd be right back...and never came back. The nurse came in, handed me my discharge papers and said they'd see me in a year! So I can only assume by her lack of reponse the provider either didn't believe me or didn't care or both. What a complete waste of my time and money. My dog gets better and more compassionate care at her veterinarian."
