Alyssa Wield, MD, is a gynecologic oncologist with AHN Cancer Institute. She provides patients with comprehensive cancer care including surgery, chemotherapy, clinical trials, survivorship, and supportive care. She has expertise in minimally invasive and robotic surgery, complex pelvic surgery, and uterine, ovarian, and vulvar cancers. Dr. Wield went to medical school at Chicago Medical School – Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago, Illinois. She did her residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California and completed her residency in gynecologic oncology at UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Wield is dedicated to creating a partnership with her patients and to providing evidence-based, comprehensive, compassionate care. Dr. Wield sees patients ages 18 and older.
