Allen K. Chen, MD, is a transplant surgeon with AHN Surgery Institute. He provides patient-centered care for transplant surgery and applies best-practice techniques to help ensure long-term outcomes. Dr. Chen went to medical school at Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington D.C. He did his residency at University of California San Francisco in Fresno, California. Dr. Chen did his fellowship in abdominal transplant/hepatopancreatobiliary (HPB) surgery at Cedars Sanai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery and is affiliated with the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Transplant Surgeons. Dr. Chen welcomes patients ages 18 and older.
