Alex Diaczok, MD, family medicine physician, uses a holistic approach in his practice, considering all aspects of his patients’ lives as he delivers care. He also performs IUD and Nexplanon implants. Dr. Diaczok received his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit. He completed his residency at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee, and is board certified in family medicine. Dr. Diaczok welcomes patients ages six months and older.
