Dr. Ganesh is a pulmonologist and critical care specialist who is skilled in the diagnosis of lung cancer, central airway tumors, airway stenosis, and lung nodules. She utilizes flexible and rigid bronchoscopy, ultrasound (EBUS), endobronchial valves, and stents as part of her thorough patient evaluations. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Ganesh is an experienced educator who has most recently served as an instructor for the Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, and Critical Care Medicine at The University of Alabama at Birmingham in Alabama. She attended Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, a part of Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, in Sawangi, India. Her residency was completed at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Ganesh completed two fellowships, one in pulmonary/critical care and the other in interventional pulmonology, which were earned at University of Arizona, in Tucson, Arizona and The University of Alabama at Birmingham, respectively. Dr. Ganesh is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care. Patients can be seen in Wexford or at Allegheny General Hospital.
